Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-10 business days on all items
Processing Time: Orders take 3-10 business days to process. During this time your order is carefully being created, checked, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Damaged Goods: Please note that CB Moments Clothing cannot be held responsible for any damaged products once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you encounter any such issues please document everything and first kindly contact the shipping provider for assistance, then contact us - we'll be more than happy to help.
Lost Goods: Please note any items lost by the carrier will be fully refunded.

Notice: Please allow upto an additional 2 weeks for orders placed during Chinese new year celebrations (from Tue 17th Feb 2026 to Tues 3rd March), as our main warehouse and Chinese based dispatch centre will be closed. Thank you for your understanding.
